Is Your Chakra Energy Balanced?

The concept of chakras originated from Hindu and Buddhist tantric and yogic traditions.  It was first mentioned in the ancient Vedas; these swirling vortexes of energy regulate the energy flow throughout our bodies.  The name derives from the Sanskrit word meaning turning wheel.  The chakra is our main energy center, the area designated for life energy to flow in and out of our auras.  It stimulates and revitalizes the physical body to develop our consciousness.  This is the mind, body, and soul interactions of our being, and they're located at different points throughout our physical bodies.  Everything we feel, sense, and experience is associated and connected to a specific chakra.  Your mind, body, and emotions all work together in complete harmony, and must swirl or spin at the right frequency in order to maintain good health.  The seven chakras include:
The first chakra is your crown, located at the top of your head, is the area of enlightenment, where energy moves upward from the base of the spine and unites with all other parts of the body.  You experience a divine connection with creation here.  It’s associated with the color violet, which brings higher understanding and calm.”
The second chakra is the genital region with aspects of mental creativity, sensuality, procreation, family.  Emotionally it governs joy and happiness; spiritually it governs enthusiasm and surety.  It is symbolized by a white lotus within a crescent moon, along with six vermillion or orange petals.  This is a water element associated with transparent blue.
The base of your spine represents life energy and physical strength, the third chakra.  It’s associated with the color red.  Red is used to increase vitality and extend warmth.  There’s a connection to survival on the material plane at this root level.  When balanced, you experience a sense of peace and connectedness to the earth plane.”
The fourth chakra is the heart region of the vertebral column,  This area is known as the cardiac plexus governs selflessness, self-confidence, unconditional love, complex emotions, well-being, equilibrium, circulation, tenderness, spirituality, and passion; the associated color is green.
The fifth chakra throat gives you the power of articulation through words.  When balanced, you display clarity in speech, thought, and action, a sense of independence and security, and maturation.  The color associated with this region is indigo blue, which helps you sleep.
The sixth chakra is located between the eyebrows is the area of intuition, clairvoyance, and wisdom.  The color associated with this area is indigo.  When balanced, it helps you to understand and express yourself with clarity and insight.  It promotes inner strength and a positive outlook on life.”
The seventh chakra is located at the base of the spine (below gnitals and above the anus).  The color yellow is associated with the element of fire, known for its warmth, its effects on the ego mind and emotions, and its manifestation of good digestive system.
In order to be become healthy again or maintain a healthy balance the charas need to be balanced and cleansed individually.
